We are located at the lower floor of the Octagon Building in the Village,
facing the bus terminal turnaround on the lower plaza level,
and next to the movie theatre at the west end of the Iron Horse North Building.

The Front Desk is open 7 days a week, with the following seasonal hours:

• April 15 - November 15: 9 am to 7 pm; and
• November 16 - April 14: 9 am to 9 pm.
