We will accept mail and deliveries during business hours from USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and others.

Also, note that mail and packages should be addressed to the homeowner or guest as follows:

where #### is the four-digit building / unit number – the first digit is the building number, and the other three are the unit number. The building number corresponds to the first digit of each building's street address as follows:

3 – Iron Horse North
4 – Iron Horse South
5 – Great Bear Lodge
7 – Big Horn Lodge
8 – Catamount
9 – One Village Place

So, for example, the four-digit number for Iron Horse North, unit 201 is 3201.

Deliveries are available for pickup 24/7 through the LuxerOne locker system across from the front desk. Homeowners and registered guests should recieve an email from LuxerOne indicating a package has arrived and instructions on how to recieve it. If a package was delivered but you have not recieved an email with instructions, please contact the Front Desk during normal business hours.
