If there is a life safety issue that requires first responder emergency assistance (police, ambulance, fire department), please call 911. If there is an ongoing major property issue causing damage, like a water leak that cannot be contained, then call the Front Desk telephone line at 530-261-6766. If the call is outside of business hours, then press 2 to be connected to the on-call manager to assist in troubleshooting or dispatching the appropriate personnel if necessary.

Unit Lockout Service

A homeowner or registered guest who is locked out of a unit during the Front Desk's business hours can go to the Front Desk to gain entry to the unit. If locked out of the unit outside of business hours, then the homeowner or registered guest can call the Front Desk telephone line at 530-261-6766 and press 1 to be connected to Northstar Public Safety to gain entry to the unit.

Note that only locked out homeowners and registered guests will be allowed entry to the unit. This service is provided as a courtesy, and misuse including repeated use may result in a fine of up to $100 and/or a charge of $105 per lockout being being passed onto the homeowner or guest to recoup the charge by Northstar Public Safety to provide this service outside of the Front Desk's business hours.
