AppFolio Online Portal

If you are a homeowner in The Village at Northstar, you should have received an email with instructions on how to access the AppFolio Online Portal that contains information about the Northstar Village Association and the particular Village building association to which your unit belongs.

The AppFolio Online Portal is the place where homeowner information relating to those associations can be found, including:

• assessment payment portal with credit card, eCheck, and ACH autopay options;
• association financials, with past years' CPA-audited or reviewed financial statements;
• association governing documents, such as its Bylaws, CC&Rs, and Policies past and present association Board of Directors' meeting notices, agendas, and minutes;
• association announcements and informational letters, and
• online form to put in request for common area maintenance.

If you are a homeowner and have not recieved the email to access the portal or are having difficulties accessing the portal, then call or email the Residential Services front desk.

Please note that, as a unit owner in the Village, you also are a member of the Northstar Mountain Association, also known as the Northstar Master Association, which is a separate association managed by East West Hospitality with a separate homeowner portal for that association.

If you are a unit owner in the One Village Place building, then your building association is managed by Hyatt Vacation Club with a separate homeowner portal for that association.
