Unless other arrangements have been made, registered guests can go to the Front Desk to receive:

  1. temporary keys to access the unit, the unit's building, and facilities, and
  2. a temporary hanging parking pass that opens the underground garage's vehicle entry doors.

The temporary keys will allow access to the unit from noon on day of arrival to noon on the day of departure, and to the buildings and facilities (including to the garage level) and other facilities until 5 pm on the day of departure.

The temporary parking pass will allow access to the garage from noon on the day of arrival to noon on the day of departure.

The Front Desk will provide keys to registered guests only after they present a valid ID and verify their registered guest information.

The standard check-in time is 4pm; if a guest is planning on arriving earlier, then the unit's owner or manager should email Reservations@Northstar-Village.org at least 2 days beforehand with that request. While the Front Desk will make efforts to accomodate such requests, early check-in is not guaranteed.


Guests must be registered at least 2 days before their arrival -- and ideally as soon as the guest's occupancy is confirmed if earlier -- using the Track Reservation system. Each guest reservation must include:

Failure to register with the guest's full name, cellphone number and email may result in the reservation not being accepted -- i.e., the guest will not be provided keys.

A vehicle parking pass will only be provided after vehicle information is provided to the Front Desk, either during the reservation creation process or at guest check-in with the Front Desk during business hours. So, guests who will be receiving keys and passes through other means, including after hours or by their rental provider, should have their vehicle information registered in advance to receive a parking pass.

A second parking pass for an additional guest vehicle to park in the garage will be provided if space is available. but second vehicles are not permitted during peak periods: the weeks of Christmas, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, and Presidents Day. A fee might be charged for the second vehicle to park in the garage.
